Repair Parts for the Chicago Pneumatic model RCP-930G Portable Two-Stage Gas Air Compressor
Requirement: a 5HP motor with at least a 7/8" shaft for this pump.
18cfm @100psi 16cfm @175psi.
1/2" FPT outlet. Bolt pattern 6.75 in. front to back 7.5 in. side to side.
13.75 in. single belt flywheel.
1-1/4" FPT on aftercooler outlet.
Total ht. 16" Min RPM 700 Max RPM 1400
New pump has 1 groove smaller flywheel, but will work just fine. Simply run 1 belt and purchase a smaller belt.
Standard break-in procedure:
1. Open drain tap
2. Turn on compressor for about 10 to 15 min.
3. Let it cool for 15 to 20 min.
4. Close drain tap.
5. Run air compressor until unit turns off by itself.
6. Ready for use.
