Hubbell 69JF109243R (034-0097) Pressure Switch, 1-Port, 90/120 PSI, with Unloader Valve.
If your pressure switch is leaking out of the small bleeder valve on the side (or underneath) of the switch after the unit shuts off, order a tank check valve instead, your pressure switch is okay.
