Hubbell 69JF9 Pressure Switch, 1-Port (1/4" female NPT), 135/175 PSI factory preset.
If your pressure switch is leaking out of the small bleeder valve on the side (or underneath) of the switch after the unit shuts off, order a tank check valve instead, your pressure switch is okay.
