Description
Universal Regulator: 4-port, two 1/4" FPT ports, and two 1/8" FPT ports (one is plugged).
Pressure Gauges sold separately here.
The regulator controls the amount of air to your air compressor hose. Replace this if you're not able to adjust the PSI to your hose or if it leaks.
Craftsman Modification Notes::
If replacing this on older Craftsman "919" model air compressors in which two gauges are installed on the Regulator, only one of the air pressure gauges will work with this regulator; modification may be required.
Modify this regulator for the "919" Craftsman units with 2 Pressure Gauges:
Install a tee fitting where the safety relief valve goes into the pressure switch. One port on the tee is where the safety valve will thread into and the other port is where you will install the tank pressure gauge.
