Emglo / Jenny G, GC, MG, L, LC, D Air Compressor Pump Repair Kit #057718

Rebuild Kit for the Emglo/Jenny G, GC, MG, L, LC, D air compressor pumps. Includes piston rings, gaskets, intake and exhaust valves, and G54E hockey puck-style air filter elements.

NOTES: Order the L54E if you have hollow, wing nut-style filters. Head gasket is for 5-hole style. Order part# 104-1008 if the head gasket with the 6-hole style is needed (for pumps without unloaders). Order 610-1297 if your pump has a "U" at the end of the pump model, i.e. GU, MGU etc.

If you have a sudden loss of performance, if air leaks out of the intake filter, or if the compressor just isn't performing like it should, order this kit. A loss of pressure or slow pressurization is usually caused by damaged compression rings or gaskets and/or damaged or sticking valves.

Remember to tighten the bolts down to the proper torque specs as noted by the manufacturer.

The G, GC, D, DC, L, and LC pumps all use this rebuild kit and the 610-1298 replaces all older rebuild kit part numbers.
