Complete OLF-2800 replacement air compressor motor / pump assembly for the CAT-80060C air compressor.

The Powerful OLF-2800 3.0 HP motor/pump operates at only 1,680 RPM creating less noise and less wear. The Oil-Free OLF motor/pump is engineered for high performance and durability. The Oil-Free pump allows for use in a variety of temperatures (cold starts; no oil in the pump).

OLF-2800 Periodic Maintenance:

A. Service/replace piston seals every 2,000 operating hours (see photo below). Replacement Piston Seal 4-Pack – Part Number 91457-4P.

B. Replace air filters every 2 years or every year if compressor is exposed to a dirty or dusty environment. Four air filters are attached to motor-pump. Part Number 90260.

NOTE: This is NOT an air compressor. This is a replacement motor-pump which can be installed into existing California Air Tools equipment or installed onto 4HP or 6HP legacy compressor models (location holes may need to be adjusted on select models).

CAUTION: If installing onto a non-California Air Tools air compressor or unique application you will need to have the electrical and mechanical knowledge for properly installing this motor-pump. It is important to properly configure an UNLOADER valve and CHECK VALVE with the motor pump (to correctly bleed pressure off of the pistons) otherwise damage to motor may occur.
