Complete OLF-3500 replacement air compressor motor / pump assembly for the CAT-60065C air compressor.
The Powerful OLF-3500 6.5 HP motor/pump operates at only 1,680 RPM creating less noise and less wear. The Oil-Free OLF motor/pump is engineered for high performance and durability. The Oil-Free pump allows for use in a variety of temperatures (cold starts; no oil in the pump).

OLF-3500 Periodic Maintenance:
A. Service/replace piston seals every 2,000 operating hours (see photo below). Replacement Piston Seal 4-Pack – Part Number 91457-4P.
B. Replace air filters every 2 years or every year if compressor is exposed to a dirty or dusty environment. Four air filters are attached to motor-pump. Part Number 90260.

NOTE: This is NOT an air compressor. This is a replacement motor-pump which can be installed into existing California Air Tools equipment or third party compressor models (location holes may need to be adjusted on select models).
CAUTION: If installing onto a non-California Air Tools air compressor or unique application you will need to have the electrical and mechanical knowledge for properly installing this motor-pump. It is important to properly configure an UNLOADER valve and CHECK VALVE with the motor pump (to correctly bleed pressure off of the pistons) otherwise damage to motor may occur.
