Pilot Unloader Check Valve, Cut-In/Cut-Out PSI is 145/175 #11631D

NG-20 series pilot/unloader/check valve for air compressors. This NG-20 series NG series combo valve is typically used on gas-powered or electric constant-run air compressors.

It features a 3/4" compression side inlet, a 1/2" male NPT outlet to the tank connection, an 1/8" female NPT port on the back for the throttle control line, cold start valve, and a built-in toggle unloader valve. The unloader exhaust outlet also has a muffler to reduce noise during the unload process.

Air compressor pilot valves, also known as unloader valves, control the motor cut-in and cut-out action on air compressors. When the pressure reaches the desired PSI, the pilot unloader valve opens, allowing the compressed air to “unload" into the tank; when the pressure drops too low, the valve closes, signaling the motor and pump to start up again to compress more air up to the right PSI.
