Includes piston / rod assembly with piston ring, cylinder, and rod bearing.
If you have a sudden loss of performance, replacing the cylinder sleeve and piston ring usually restores compression in oil-free units. Inspect the reed valves also but unless the valves are obviously broken or cracked, the problem is the compression ring and cylinder and replacing this kit should make the compressor run like new again!
