Replace if a spoke if cracked or it is slipping on the crankshaft.

Poor performance or air leaks out of the intake filter while the unit is running? The valve plate assembly is probably the problem.

Filter element (cartridge) only. Replace every time you change your oil, and more often for higher particle environments.
