  • Requirement: a 5HP motor with at least a 7/8" shaft for this pump.
  • Swap out your expensive 2 stage pump with this inexpensive steel sleeved aluminum unit.
  • 18cfm @100psi 16cfm @175psi.
  • 1/2" FPT outlet. Bolt pattern 6.75 in. front to back 7.5 in. side to side.
  • 13.75 in. single belt flywheel.
  • 1-1/4" FPT on aftercooler outlet.
  • Total ht. 16" Min RPM 700 Max RPM 1400 New pump has 1 groove smaller flywheel, but will work just fine. Simply run 1 belt and purchase a smaller belt.

1. Open drain tap

2. Turn on compressor for about 10 to 15 min.

3. Let it cool for 15 to 20 min.

4. Close drain tap.

5. Run air compressor until unit turns off by itself.

6. Ready for use.
