IMPORTANT! If you need to order connecting rods, please read:

There was a change in production that occurred in mid to late 2008. The current connecting rods offered will not fit pumps prior to 2008. These pumps are identified with a serial number on a silver tag attached to the side of the crankcase, but it is attached with adhesive & could potentially have fallen off over the years. If the tag is still present, the serial number / manufacture date will be:

FHMMYYxxxx

  • FH = Manufacturer Prefix
  • MM = Month
  • YY = Year
  • xxxx = Production order for month

Another possible way to identify pre – 2008 pumps is the flywheel & crankshaft. Any pump built after 2008 will be tapered, and before 2008 will be straight.
