Repair parts for the older Emglo L, LC, LU, and LCU pumps.

NOTE: The "L"-series pumps are identical to the newer G and GU pumps. The only difference is that the crankshaft and crankcase for the L/LU series is no longer available. All other parts for the G/GU pumps will fit the older L/LU pumps.

Torque Specs:
 
  • Head Bolts = 22 ft/lbs
  • Cylinder Bolts = 15 ft/lbs
  • Connecting Rod Bolts = 10 ft/lbs
  • End Cap Bolts - 10 ft/lbs

Extra Details

  • This pump had many different configurations, but the basic pump was the same with each model.
  • Single Stage Pump
  • 2.5" bore 2" stroke
  • 21.5 cfm @ 105psi w/ 3 HP motor
  • Min RPM 450 Max RPM 945 @ 100psi
  • L & LU had 10" flywheel and LC & LCU had 13.25" flywheel
  • Many parts are still available.
