This is the replacement 1.5 HP Dual-Piston Oil-Free Motor Pump Assembly for the 20015HP and 20015HPAD air compressor models.

The California Air Tools 1.5 HP Ultra-Quiet & Oil-Free Air Compressor Motor/Pump Assembly is designed to be one of the quietest in the industry, having only 70 decibels of sound.  

The 91336 Motor is an Oil-Free, Dual-Piston pump designed to have a life cycle before wear of 3,000+ hours.

The 91336 motor has a valve plate design made with Swedish reed valves which improves air flow, reduces wear, and decrease the sound level. The powerful 1.5 HP motor operates at only 1,750 RPM creating less noise and less wear.

This motor has been designed to increase duty cycle and allow for longer continuous run times.

The Oil-Free Two-Stage Dual Piston Pump System is engineered for high performance and durability. The large piston generates the majority of PSI air volume up to ~145 PSI while the smaller piston generates the final 145-175 PSI pressure volume. 

The Oil-Free pump allows for use in a variety of temperatures  (cold starts) and uneven terrains (no oil in the pump).

Periodic Maintenance Requirements: 

Replace 1.5 HP Air Filters (2 are attached to motor-pump) every 2 years or every year if compressor is exposed to a dirty or dusty environment.
