Decent!
It works! If you torque it in the cylinder head cover won't fit back on, I just added teflon tape and torqued it less.

Replaced old filter that was rattling
The fitting had loosened up from the body of the old filter, leading to an annoying rattle; this solved the problem. Opening up the old filter, it was about time to change it anyway, based on the dirt in the filter. Also, 5 starts to MTR for quick shipping vs. a back-order like the other company.
