VT Air Compressor Pump Cylinder Head Replacement Kit #01A8AE

Order this kit for older VT pumps using this style gasket kit includes head, valve plate assembly, gaskets, head bolts, and air filter kit.

Note 1: The New style pump head has only one air line coming off of pump head. If your old pump had 2 lines, you can order part numbers MP513901SJ and CV221800AV.

However, you can order the CTD1238ADAPTKIT instead of the expensive CV221800AV check valve. This kit includes an adapter and tubing with fittings:

1. The adapter threads into the outlet of the new head.
2. The 1/2" discharge tube threads into end of the adapter.
3. The 1/8" FPT x 1/4" compression adapter (included) threads into the 1/8" FPT port in the side of the adapater.
4. Install the 1/4" nylon unloader on the 1/4" compression adapter.
5. Route the other end of the unloader tube to the unloader valve on the pressure switch.

Note 2: If your original check valve has an 1/8" female NPT port in the side of it (that is currently plugged), you don't need to order the expensive CV221800AV check valve or CTD1238ADAPTKIT kits above, you can unplug the port then order then simply order the MP513901SJ, which routes the new (included) unloader tube from the check valve to the unloader valve on the pressure switch.
