Overhaul Kit for the C1/CA1 in-line, two-stage air compressor pump. Includes two LP intake valves, one HP intake valve, two exhaust valve assemblies (HP/LP), one oil seal, one gasket set, two bearing inserts, one LP ring set, one HP ring set, five valve seat gaskets, and one air filter element.

The 1312100775 overhaul kit fits Chicago Pneumatic C1/CA cast iron pumps. This kit also fits various BelAir and NAPA cast iron compressor pumps. These pumps were commonly known as the 1312100706 C1 and 1312202800 CA1 reciprocating pumps.

If you have a sudden loss of performance, if air leaks out of the intake filter, or if the compressor just isn't performing like it should, order this kit. A loss of pressure or slow pressurization is usually caused by damaged compression rings or gaskets and/or damaged or sticking valves.

Remember to tighten the bolts down to the proper torque specs as noted by the manufacturer.
