Hubbell 69JF109173R Pressure Switch, 4-Port (1/4" female NPT), 140/175 PSI factory preset with unloader valve.
If your pressure switch is leaking out of the small bleeder valve on the side (or underneath) of the switch after the unit shuts off, order a tank check valve instead, your pressure switch is okay.
