Air compressor pressure switch, 2-3 HP, 100/125 PSI cut-on/cut-off pressure. Has unloader valve and on/off switch. Single-port manifold. Furnas/Hubbell replacement switch.
If your pressure switch is leaking from the unloader valve after the unit shuts off, replace the check valve instead.
