Description

Universal Regulator: 4-port, two 1/4" FPT ports, and two 1/8" FPT ports (gauges sold separately here). The regulator controls the amount of air in your air compressor hose. Replace this if you're not able to adjust the PSI to your hose or if it leaks.

NOTE: If replacing this on older Craftsman "919" model air compressors in which two gauges are installed on the regulator, only one of the air pressure guages will work with this regulator; modification may be required (see Extra Details below).

Works great, it was reverse flow so I had to install upside down, but it works fine

Extra Details

Modify this regulator for the "919" Craftsman units with 2 pressure gauges:

Install a tee fitting where the safety relief valve goes into the pressure switch. One port on the tee is where the safety valve will thread into and other port is where you will install the tank pressure gauge.

If replacing the OEM AC-0007 Regulator with the Generic REG0250M Regulator, some conversion is required as the REG0250M only accepts one pressure Gauge (regulated). Essentially, you're going to reroute the tank pressure gauge by installing a T fitting into the pressure switch manifold, where your safety relief valve threads into currently. Then, you'll install the safety valve in one end of the "T" fitting and the tank pressure gauge into the other end of the fitting.

Here are the extra parts needed:

#0E5375: 4-port regulator
#100B68: 1/4" x 3" pipe nipple
#0E52BA: 1/4" FPT "T" Connector
#0E52D2: Reducer 1/8" to 1/4"
