Kit includes Piston (Compression) Ring and Cylinder Cup to restore compression.
Note: This kit is a piston replacement for piston head with screw-in top only.
If you have a sudden loss of performance, replacing the cylinder sleeve and piston ring usually restores compression in oil-free units. Inspect the reed valves, but unless the valves are obviously broken or cracked, the problem is the compression ring and cylinder. Replacing this kit should make the compressor run like new again!
