Air Compressor Piston / Cylinder Kit includes the Piston / Rod Assembly with bearing, cylinder cup, and O-rings for model D55127 type 3 and others. This kit is used on many different units, from DeWalt to Bostitch to Craftsman.
Replacing the cylinder sleeve and piston ring usually restores compression in oil-free units. Inspect the reed valves as well, but unless the valves are obviously broken or cracked the problem is the compression ring and cylinder, and replacing this kit should make the compressor run like new again.
