Great replacement
This is exactly what I needed for my Craftsman Air Compressor after I broke the knob off the original. I had a 50/50 chance of putting it on in the right direction. Of course, I got it wrong. After I took it off and examined it, I discovered the arrow marking showing the direction of air flow. So check that first. It will save you some time and teflon tape!
