Sizing Information

Pads should be sized so there is no more than 50 pounds per square inch (PSI) of machine weight on it when
installed. Installing a pad equal to the size of the foot with 1/2” overlap all around will generally ensure proper
loading. The pads included in this kit meet the sizing requirements for all ROLAIR compressor models.

Anti-Vibration Pad Installation Information

Tools required: Corded drill, drill bit, ratchet and socket, mounting hardware

• Ensure mounting surface is level
• Insert one anti-vibration pad under each foot.
• Drill a hole through each pad into the mounting surface. Depth and diameter will depend on type of fastener being used.
• Install fasteners.
• Completely tighten
