Includes all necessary gaskets for normal rebuild for older "VT" series cast-iron air compressor pumps: head gasket, cylinder gasket, valve cover o-ring, crankcase gasket, bearing cover gasket, oil seal, and air filter element.

If the compressor pump doesn't seem to pressurize as quickly as it should or is leaking in between the head, valve plate, cylinder, or crankcase while running, there's a good chance you need to install new gaskets. You can spray soapy water on the pump while it's running to inspect if there are any bubbles forming, which would indicate a leak.

Remember to tighten the bolts down to the proper torque specs as noted by the manufacturer.
