Kellogg 462 Air Compressor Pump Valve Kit #019798

Complete Valve Kit for the Kellogg 462 v-twin pump. Includes complete valve set, copper gaskets, and o-rings.

If air leaks out of the intake filter or if the compressor just isn't performing like it should, order this kit. A loss of pressure or slow pressurization is usually caused by either faulty gaskets and/or damaged or sticking valves.

Remember to tighten the bolts down to the proper torque specs as noted by the manufacturer.

Head To Cylinder - 40 ft/lbs
L.P. Valve Hold Down Cover - 15 ft/lbs
H.P. Valve Hold Down Cover - 8 ft/lbs
Cylinder To Base Bolts - 43 ft/lbs
End Cover Bolts - 20 ft/lbs
Flywheel Bolts - 43 ft/lbs
Connecting Rod Bolts - 90 ft/lbs
Cylinder Head Plate Bolts - 40 ft/lbs
Side Plate Bolts - 5 ft/lbs
Intercooler & Aftercooler Bolts - 10 ft/lbs
