OEM Connecting Rod Assembly, includes the conrod with bearing, piston (compression) ring, and cylinder cup.
Replacing the cylinder sleeve and piston ring usually restores compression in oil-free units. Inspect the reed valves as well, but unless the valves are obviously broken or cracked the problem is the compression ring and cylinder, and replacing this kit should make the compressor run like new again.
